People v. Robinson

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Second Department
Nov 13, 1984
105 A.D.2d 762 (N.Y. App. Div. 1984)

Opinion

November 13, 1984

Appeal from the Supreme Court, Queens County (Agresta, J.).

Sentence affirmed.

Defendant pleaded guilty with the understanding that he would receive the sentence that was thereafter actually imposed. Under the circumstances of this case, defendant has no basis now to complain that his sentence was excessive ( People v Kazepis, 101 A.D.2d 816). Mangano, J.P., Gibbons, O'Connor and Lawrence, JJ., concur.
