DRUGS AND DRUGGISTS, § 10 — sale of patent or proprietary medicines in original packages by persons other than pharmacists. Sale of aspirin and rocelle salt in original unbroken packages by person other than registered pharmacist does not constitute violation of Pharmacy Act, since Act does not contemplate prohibiting sale of patent or proprietary medicines, not containing opium or coca leaves, by persons other than registered pharmacists, when they are sold in original and unbroken packages (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1943, ch. 91, pars. 36, 37; Jones Ill. Stats. Ann. 101.01, 101.02).
