People v. Rhoades

Supreme Court of Michigan
Jan 28, 2003
467 Mich. 946 (Mich. 2003)

Opinion

No. 121150 (16).

January 28, 2003.

COA: 238526, Kalamazoo CC: 00-001188-FH

On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal from the February 26, 2002 order of the Court of Appeals is considered, and it is DENIED because we are not persuaded that the questions presented should be reviewed by this Court. On order of the Court, the motion to add issues is considered, and it is DENIED. Further, for purposes of MCR 6.502(G)(1), the Court notes that contrary to the trial court's characterization of defendant's motion as a motion for relief from judgment, defendant properly designated his motion as a motion for resentencing.
