Respondent having moved to dismiss the appeal taken herein from a judgment of the Orleans County Court, rendered September 17, 2018, on the ground that appellant has failed to perfect timely the appeal,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeal is dismissed without further order unless perfected on or before July 15, 2019, and
It is further ORDERED that the cross-motion is dismissed as unnecessary.
