DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION
Motion for extension of time to perfect appeal and for continuation of stay and release on recognizance.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and operation of the order of St. Lawrence County Court dated April 28, 2020, granting a stay of execution of judgment and release on recognizance is continued until determination of the appeal, provided the appeal is perfected on or before June 7, 2021.
