PRESENT:

Appellants having moved to file a consolidated record for the appeals taken from the judgments of Supreme Court, Monroe County rendered October 27, 2014 and November 10, 2014, and for other relief,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Charles D. Steinman, Esq. dated April 20, 2015, and the affidavit of Jamie R. O'Dell sworn to April 15, 2015 and the affidavit of Doreena L. O'Dell sworn to April 17, 2015, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that appellate counsel is permitted to file a single set of transcripts with ten copies of those transcripts for the purpose of perfecting the two appeals, and

It is further ORDERED that appellate counsel is directed to file ten copies of a separate brief and ten copies of a separate appendix for each appellant, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
