An appeal having been taken to this Court by the above-named defendant from the judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, rendered on or about October 10, 2017, and defendant having moved, pro se, pursuant to CPL 460.50 and 530.50 for an order granting release on recognizance or under n0n-monetary conditions pending hearing and determination of the aforesaid appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the notice of motion, with proof of due service thereof, and the papers filed in support of said motion, and further papers filed in relation thereto; and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion be and the same hereby is denied.
