Summary Dispositions April 28, 1999:

In lieu of granting leave to appeal, the defendant's conviction of felony-firearm is vacated, and the case is remanded for a new trial with regard to that charge. MCR 7.302(F)(1). It was error not to instruct the jury on the law by which the verdict was to be controlled. People v. Lambert, 395 Mich. 296, 304 (1975). In all other respects leave to appeal is denied. Court of Appeals No. 201171.
