Petition for leave to appeal denied.

In the exercise of this Court's supervisory authority, the Appellate Court, Second District, is directed to vacate its opinion in People v. Mineau, 376 Ill.Dec. 668, 1 N.E.3d 1 (Ill.App.2012). The appellate court is directed to reconsider its judgment in light of People v. Tousignant, 2014 IL 115329, 378 Ill.Dec. 796, 5 N.E.3d 176, to determine if a different result is warranted.
