People v. Milland

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Second Department
May 8, 1995
215 A.D.2d 505 (N.Y. App. Div. 1995)

Opinion

May 8, 1995

Appeal from the Supreme Court, Kings County (Rivera, J.).

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

The defendant contends that the prosecutor improperly questioned him regarding his treatment for drug addiction, that the trial court failed to give the jury proper limiting instructions regarding his prior convictions, and that the verdict sheet was improper. These issues are unpreserved for appellate review (see, CPL 470.05), and we decline to review them in the exercise of our interest of justice jurisdiction. Mangano, P.J., Sullivan, Copertino and Altman, JJ., concur.
