Application by the appellant for a writ of error coram nobis to vacate, on the ground of ineffective assistance of appellate counsel, a decision and order of this court dated January 18, 2000 (People v. Millan, 268 A.D.2d 490 [2d Dept., Jan. 18, 2000]), affirming a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered October 6, 1995.
