Extension of time granted
Upon application of Deputy Attorney General Colleen M. Tiedemann, an extension of time in which to serve and file respondent's supplemental answering brief is granted to September 26, 2024. Within 20 days after any supplemental answering brief has been filed pursuant to this order, Appellant may thereafter serve and file a supplemental reply, not to exceed 25 pages in length.
