ORDER

Sima G. Patel Presiding Judge.

The motion to file a reply to the answer to the motion to dismiss in Docket No. 363819, People v Lyon is GRANTED. The motion to dismiss in this docket is GRANTED for the reason that this Court is unable to grant any relief where the circuit court implemented an explicit directive from the Supreme Court. The motion to expedite in this docket is DENIED as moot given the dismissal of the appeal. The motion to file supplemental brief is DENIED as moot given the dismissal of the appeal.

The motion to dismiss in Docket No. 363820, People v Peeler is DENIED because this Court is not persuaded at this time that the circuit court's interpretation of the Supreme Court's opinion presents no issues appropriate for appellate review.
