People v. Lynch

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Second Department
Feb 9, 1981
80 A.D.2d 591 (N.Y. App. Div. 1981)

Opinion

February 9, 1981

Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered December 15, 1977, convicting him of robbery in the second degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence. Judgment affirmed. We have reviewed the record and agree with defendant's assigned counsel that there are no meritorious grounds which could be raised on this appeal. Counsel's application for leave to withdraw as counsel is granted. (See Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738; People v Paige, 54 A.D.2d 631; cf. People v. Gonzalez, 47 N.Y.2d 606.) Hopkins, J.P., Titone, Rabin and Weinstein, JJ., concur.
