PRESENT:

Appellant having moved for reassignment of counsel on the appeal taken from a judgment of the Onondaga County Court, rendered November 25, 2014,

Now, upon reading and filing the statements of Richard Livingston dated June 13, 2015 and June 21, 2015, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is denied.

Memorandum: Defendant may file and serve a pro se supplemental brief within 45 days of the date that assigned counsel mails his completed brief to defendant.
