Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to the perfect the appeal is granted and the appeal is deemed timely perfected, and it is further
ORDERED that the motion for a continuation of the bail order is granted and operation of the order dated November 23, 2016 granting a stay of execution of judgment and release on bail is continued until determination of the appeal.
