Application, pursuant to CPLR 7002 (subd [b], par 2) for writ of habeas corpus, denied, on the ground that it appears petitioner is lawfully detained pursuant to the sentence imposed by the Supreme Court, New York County, on September 19, 1977 (see Matter of Dubay v. LeFevre, 60 A.D.2d 263; see, also, People ex rel. Schmidt v. La Vallee, 39 N.Y.2d 886). Greenblott, J.P., Kane, Main, Mikoll and Herlihy, JJ., concur.
