MUNICIPAL CORPORATIONS, § 412 — judgments, order in which paid. On rehearing, in conformity with opinion of Supreme Court in People ex rel. Cohn v. City of Chicago, 377 Ill. 502, petition for rehearing pending in this case is granted, judgment of circuit court reversed, and cause remanded with directions to issue writ as prayed forthwith. [Superseding abstract of decision as set forth in 309 Ill. App. 445.]
