ORDER

Michael F. Gadola, Chief Judge Pro Tem, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:

The motion to expedite appeal is DENIED because this appeal will already be given expedited handling for placement on a case call in this Court's routine operations based on this being an interlocutory criminal appeal. See MCR 7.213(C)(1).
