Motion to dismiss purported appeal from decision denying motion for resentence granted. No appeal lies from a decision. An order denying motion on resentence is not appealable. (Code Crim. Pro., § 517.) Gibson, P.J., Herlihy, Reynolds, Taylor and Aulisi, JJ., concur.
