Judgment of a City Magistrate, holding a Court of Special Sessions of the City of New York, Borough of Brooklyn, convicting appellant of maintaining conditions in a dwelling in the nature of a nuisance, dangerous or prejudicial to life or health (Sanitary Code of City of New York, § 53), unanimously affirmed. No opinion.
