Petition for Leave to Appeal Denied.

In the exercise of this Court's supervisory authority, the Appellate Court, Third District, is directed to vacate its judgment in People v. Harris, case No. 3-19-0504 (08/21/20). The appellate court is directed to consider the effect of this Court's opinion in People v. Davis, 2021 IL 126435, on the issue of whether the trial court erred in suppressing the testimony of the confidential informant and the video recording without audio.
