Petition for leave to appeal denied.

In the exercise of this Court's supervisory authority, the Appellate Court, Fifth District, is directed to vacate its judgment entered in People v. Harris, 2013 IL App (5th) 110151–U, 2013 WL 5935983 (10/31/13). The appellate court is directed to permit defendant-appellant to withdraw his original brief and file his substitute brief as previously proffered to the Appellate Court on or about April 30, 2013, to set a new briefing schedule, and to resolve the issues presented therein.
