Order

On order of the Court, the motion to withdraw the motion to hold the application for leave to appeal in abeyance is GRANTED. The application for leave to appeal the June 3, 2014 order of the Court of Appeals is considered, and it is DENIED, because we are not persuaded that the questions presented should be reviewed by this Court.

VlVlANO, J., did not participate because he presided over this case in the circuit court.
