On the court's motion, appeal from an order of the County Court, Clinton County, dated June 19, 1967, denying an application for copies of all external records, documents and photographs relating to appellant's conviction, dismissed. (See People v. Dupuis, 27 A.D.2d 957.) Motion for permission to proceed as a poor person denied as academic. Gibson, P.J., Herlihy, Aulisi, Staley, Jr., and Gabrielli, JJ., concur.
