LIBEL AND SLANDER, § 116 — sufficiency of evidence to sustain conviction of criminal libel. On prosecution of newspaper publisher for libel of State's Attorney, held that jury was amply justified, under evidence, in finding that guilt of defendant was established beyond reasonable doubt (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1941, ch. 38, pars. 402, 403; Jones Ill. Stats. Ann. 37.348, 37.349).
