People v. Dorns

Supreme Court, Appellate Term, Second Department
May 10, 1978
96 Misc. 2d 54 (N.Y. App. Term 1978)

Opinion

May 10, 1978

Appeal from the Town Court of the Town of Greenburgh, ASCHER KATZ, J.

Garner Kreinces (Gerald J. Garner of counsel), for appellant.

Carl A. Vergari, District Attorney (Gloria M. Dabiri and John R. Dinin of counsel), for respondent.

MEMORANDUM.

Judgment of conviction affirmed.

Defendant's guilt of harassment was established beyond a reasonable doubt (see Penal Law, § 240.25; People v Todaro, 26 N.Y.2d 325, 330). We have also considered the other issues raised upon the appeal and found them lacking in merit.

Concur: FARLEY, P.J., GLICKMAN and PITTONI, JJ.
