Motion to dismiss appeal granted upon the ground that no appeal lies from an order granting an inspection of Grand Jury minutes ( People v. Moreli, 11 A.D.2d 437). Motion for a stay pending appeal denied as academic. Herlihy, P.J., Aulisi, Staley, Jr., Sweeney and Simons, JJ., concur.
