Motion for permission to proceed as a poor person and for assignment of counsel. The contentions which appellant seeks to raise on appeal have already been passed upon by this court ( People v. Darling, 10 A.D.2d 655; 16 A.D.2d 994, cert. den. 372 U.S. 924, 377 U.S. 1005; 27 A.D.2d 706). Motion for permission to proceed as a poor person granted. The appeal may be perfected upon one typewritten copy of the record and six typewritten copies of the brief and appendix. Motion in all other respects denied. Herlihy, P.J., Reynolds, Aulisi, Cooke and Sweeney, JJ., concur.
