People v. Crawley

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Third Department
May 21, 1987
130 A.D.2d 879 (N.Y. App. Div. 1987)

Opinion

May 21, 1987

Appeal from the County Court of Ulster County (Vogt, J.).

We have reviewed the record and agree with defendant's assigned counsel that there are no meritorious issues which could be raised on appeal. The judgment should therefore be affirmed and counsel's application for leave to withdraw granted (see, Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738; People v. Cruwys, 113 A.D.2d 979).

Judgment affirmed. Mahoney, P.J., Kane, Main, Casey and Mikoll, JJ., concur.
