PRESENT:

Respondent having moved for permission to file and serve a late brief on the appeal taken from a judgment of Jefferson County Court, rendered September 23, 2016,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Patricia L. Dziuba, Esq., sworn to May 1, 2018, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, the affirmation of Cara A. Waldman, Esq., dated May 7, 2018, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the time to file and serve a respondent's brief is extended to May 18, 2018, and

It is further ORDERED that the time to file and serve a reply brief be and the same hereby is extended to June 4, 2018.
