PEOPLE v. CHEARY (CHRISTOPHER)

Order filed

The application from the appeals clerk of the Superior Court of Tulare County for relief from default for the failure to timely file the request for extension of time to prepare the record on appeal is granted.

Good cause appearing therefor, in light of the fact that the combined clerk's and reporter's transcript exceeds 12,000 pages, the request of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Tulare County for an extension of time to complete the clerk's transcript on appeal is granted. (See Cal. Rules of Court, rule 8.616(d).)

The Clerk of the Superior Court of Tulare County is directed to complete the clerk's transcript on appeal on or before June 12, 2017, and to notify the Clerk of this court in writing as soon as the transcript is completed.
