Three judgments of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered respectively against defendants Cefaro and Russo on October 27, 1965 and against defendant Josephs on July 19, 1965, affirmed. No opinion. On the court's own motion, appeal by defendant Kherkoven from the judgment of said court rendered against him on August 16, 1965 dismissed. That appeal appears to have been abandoned. Beldock, P.J., Christ, Rabin, Benjamin and Nolan, JJ., concur.
