PEOPLE OF MICHIGAN v. JOHN BROWN

LC No. 13-004789-01-FC

Kathleen A. Feeney Presiding Judge Kathleen Jansen Michael J. Riordan Judges

ORDER

The motion to waive fees is GRANTED for this case only. The motion to "move forward" with the application is DENIED. The motion to hold the application in abeyance or stay is DENIED.

To the extent defendant seeks delayed leave to appeal the June 12, 2023 order denying his motion for relief from judgment, the delayed application is DENIED because defendant has failed to demonstrate that the trial court erred in denying the motion for relief from judgment. To the extent defendant seeks delayed leave to appeal the July 26, 2023 order regarding his petition for DNA testing, the delayed application is DENIED for lack of merit in the grounds presented.
