People v. Brown

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Fourth Department
Apr 14, 1993
192 A.D.2d 1081 (N.Y. App. Div. 1993)

Opinion

April 14, 1993

Appeal from the Oneida County Court, Buckley, J.

Present — Green, J.P., Fallon, Boomer, Davis and Boehm, JJ.

Judgment unanimously affirmed. Memorandum: The trial court did not err in submitting to the jury a written verdict sheet and other written instructions requested by the jury. The record establishes that defense counsel consented to each submission (see, People v Hill, 163 A.D.2d 813, 814, lv denied 76 N.Y.2d 987; see also, People v Camarre, 171 A.D.2d 1003, 1005, lv denied 78 N.Y.2d 963).

We have examined defendant's other contention and find it to be without merit.
