Appeal from the Monroe County Court, Maas, J.

Present — Dillon, P.J., Denman, Green, Pine and Balio, JJ.


Adjudication unanimously reversed on the law, sentence vacated, and matter remitted to Monroe County Court for further proceedings, in accordance with the following memorandum: The court erred in finding a violation of probation based on proof of two arrests (see, People v Compton 42 A.D.2d 201, 202-203; People v Diaz, 101 A.D.2d 841, 842). A new hearing is required.
