An appeal having been taken from a judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about November 29, 2019 which, inter alia, denied and dismissed petitioner's Writ of Habeas Corpus, And, petitioner-appellant having moved for a reduction of bail and related relief pending the hearing and determination of the aforesaid appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the stipulation of the parties hereto, dated February 1, 2019, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the appeal is deemed withdrawn in accordance with the aforesaid stipulation, and the motion is denied as moot.
