Application by the appellant for a writ of error coram nobis to vacate, on the ground of ineffective assistance of appellate counsel, a decision and order of this court dated December 26, 2000 (People v. Booker, 278 A.D.2d 500), affirming a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered September 3, 1998, and an amended sentence of the same court, imposed September 24, 1998.
