Good cause appearing, the application of Kristin Traicoff, appointed appellate-only counsel for Francisco Beltran, for permission to withdraw as attorney of record for appellant, filed May 3, 2022, is granted.
The order appointing Kristin Traicoff as appellate-only counsel of record for appellant Francisco Beltran, filed June 19, 2018, is hereby vacated.
The Office of State Public Defender is hereby appointed as counsel of record for the direct appeal for Francisco Beltran.
Kristin Traicoff is hereby directed to deliver to the Office of the State Public Defender, within 60 days from the filing of this order, all appellate work product, trial files, and all other appellate materials that she has obtained from appellant Francisco Beltran or from his trial counsel or paralegals, or from any other source.
