Based upon counsel Supervising State Public Defender Nina Wilder's representation that the supplemental appellant's reply brief is anticipated to be filed by January 14, 2020, an extension of time in which to serve and file that brief is granted to January 14, 2020. After that date, no further extension is contemplated.
