Judgment of a City Magistrate, holding a Court of Special Sessions of the City of New York, Borough of Queens, convicting the defendant of a violation of section 181 of the Sanitary Code of the City of New York, reversed on the law and the facts, the information dismissed and defendant discharged. The evidence fails to establish a violation of section 181 of the Sanitary Code. Close, P.J., Hagarty, Carswell, Adel and Lewis, JJ., concur.
