MANDAMUS, § 7wit conferring no real benefit, dismissal of appeal. In mandamus proceeding to compel racing commission to issue trainer's license, where period of time for license had elapsed when cause came up for review, no real benefit would accrue from issuance of writ, and appeal was dismissed even though trial court awarded the writ.
