Judgment of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated January 22, 1974, affirmed, without costs (cf. People v. Taylor, 30 N.Y.2d 899). The notice of appeal is hereby amended to show that the date of the judgment is January 22, 1974 and not October 5, 1973. Martuscello, Acting P.J., Latham, Shapiro, Cohalan and Brennan, JJ., concur.
