Motion for permission to proceed as a poor person and for assignment of counsel. The contentions raised in this proceeding have either been passed upon by this court or the Appellate Division, First Judicial Department ( People v. Negron, 29 A.D.2d 917, cert. den. 393 U.S. 1065; People ex rel. Negron v. Warden, Manhattan House of Detention for Men, 31 A.D.2d 718; People v. Negron, 31 A.D.2d 722; People v. Negron, 34 A.D.2d 896; People ex rel. Negron v. Herold, 34 A.D.2d 1047). Motion for permission to proceed as a poor person granted. The appeal may be perfected upon one typewritten copy of the record and six typewritten copies of the brief and appendix. Motion in all other respects denied. Herlihy, P.J., Aulisi, Greenblott, Cooke and Sweeney, JJ., concur.
