Motion for permission to proceed as a poor person and for assignment of counsel. The contentions raised in this proceeding have either been passed upon by this court or the Appellate Division, First Judicial Department ( People v. Negron, 29 A.D.2d 917, cert. den. 393 U.S. 1065; People ex rel. Negron v. Warden, Manhattan House of Detention for Men, 31 A.D.2d 718; People v. Negron, 31 A.D.2d 722; People v. Negron, 34 A.D.2d 896; People ex rel. Negron v. Herold, 34 A.D.2d 1047). Motion for permission to proceed as a poor person granted. The appeal may be perfected upon one typewritten copy of the record and six typewritten copies of the brief and appendix. Motion in all other respects denied.
