MUNICIPAL CORPORATIONS, § 359deductions in employees' wages. Brick pavers, in classified service of city of Chicago, held not entitled to mandamus to compel payment to them of certain sums of money, on theory of wrongful deductions in amount of their wages over period of years.

Appeal from Superior Court of Cook County; Hon. FRANCIS B. ALLEGRETTI, presiding.

Judgment order reversed, and cause remanded with directions to dismiss the petition. Heard in second division, first district, this court at June term, 1941.
