The reporter's record was originally due July 28, 2023. On July 28, 2023, the court reporter filed a notification of late record requesting a 60-day extension of time to file the record. We granted the court reporter's request in part and ordered her to file the record by August 28, 2023. See Tex. R. App. P. 35.3 (appellate court may extend time to file reporter's record, but "[e]ach extension must not exceed 30 days in an ordinary or restricted appeal"). On August 28, 2023, the court reporter filed a second notification of late record requesting a 60-day extension of time to file the record. After consideration, we GRANT the request in part and ORDER the court reporter to file the record by September 27, 2023. See id.
