Appeal, No. 54, Jan. T., 1943, from order of C. P. Lackawanna Co., Nov. T., 1942, No. 57, in case of James K. Peck et al. v. M. F. Lawler et al. Order affirmed.

Mandamus proceeding.

Motion to quash writ of peremptory mandamus overruled, opinion by LEACH, P. J. Defendants appealed.
