STIPULATION AND ORDER FOR AN EXTENSION OF TIME FOR PLAINTIFF TO FILE AND SERVE OPENING BRIEF
SANDRA M. SNYDER, Magistrate Judge.
IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by the parties, through their undersigned attorneys, and with the approval of the Court, that Plaintiff shall have an extension of time of twenty-seven (27) days to file her Opening Brief in the above-referenced action. The Opening Brief will now be filed and served on July 29, 2015. Counsel for Plaintiff respectfully requests this additional time due to a heavy workload despite due diligence, in conjunction with selling and moving a primary residence of nineteen years. Defendant's Responsive Brief will be due on August 29, 2015.
ORDER
Based upon the stipulation of the parties, and for cause shown, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that Plaintiff shall have an extension of time up to and including July 29, 2015, in which to file and serve her Opening Brief. Defendant's Response Brief will be due August 29, 2015. All other deadlines set forth in the Scheduling Order are modified accordingly.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
