For the reasons stated in the companion case of Ivory Williams v. Timber, 524 So.2d 886 (La.App. 3rd Cir. 1988), in which a separate decision is being rendered by us this day, the judgment dismissing Patton is reversed and set aside. Costs of this appeal are assessed to Worldsurance.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
