ORDER

On August 5, 2024, petitioner filed a Status Report. Identifying information with respect to the third-party target taxpayer(s) in this case is included in that Status Report. The Court will, therefore, seal that document pursuant to Rule 345(b), Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure. On September 16, 2024, respondent filed a Status Report.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's Status Report, filed August 5, 2024, is sealed from public view and shall not be open for inspection by any person or entity not a party to this case, except by an Order of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that, although proceedings in this case are currently stayed, on or before February 18, 2025, the parties shall file further written reports (preferably a joint report) concerning the then-current status of this case and the case of Kennedy v. Commissioner, No. 21-1133, currently pending before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.
